Inspired Leadership began with a simple realization: we are all being formed. What we behold influences what we believe. What we believe shapes who we become. And who we become inevitably shapes how we live and lead. This is a place to explore that formation through the lens of Scripture—to ask honest questions about faith, identity, character, influence, and the things competing to shape us.

Leadership here isn’t defined by a title or position. We all have places of influence: in our homes, workplaces, churches, communities, and relationships. The question isn’t simply whether we lead, but who we are becoming as we do. My hope is that these reflections encourage us to examine what is forming us, test what we believe against Scripture, and continually turn our attention back to Christ.

Because before we ask, “How can I lead others well?” perhaps we should first ask:

“Who am I becoming?”
